Portugal will assist Libya in preparing the 3rd European Union-Africa summit, scheduled for November 29 and 30 in Tripoli, Portuguese Foreign Minister Luís Amado said that week.The first two EU-Africa summits, in 2000 and 2007, took assign when Portugal held the EU presidency.
